General Shipping Information

All items purchased on www.riedellskates.com.au will be shipped with either Australia Post, Aramex, or Border Express from our warehouse in Morisset, NSW, Australia. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. Typically, orders placed by 12:00 PM AEST will ship the same day, or following, provided that all items are in stock and the shipping and billing information has been verified. Customers have the option to select express postage, which will come with additional costs on top of regular shipping. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are fixed and based on the total order amount. A customer’s total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of their order.

Orders with a product total over $300.00 AUD will be insured. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on www.riedellskates.com.au pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Most couriers allow the customer the ability to have a package held at a local customer center. This can usually be arranged online through the couriers' website.

Customers should verify the accuracy of their shipping address before submitting their order; we are unable to change the address of a customer’s order once it passes through our verification stage and the order is picked up by our courier. To ensure accurate, timely delivery of your order, please include your apartment/unit number if it is pertinent to your address.

Standard Shipping Information

Standard Shipping is available to all states and territories within Australia. Standard Shipping Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays within Australia. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays and Sundays. When calculating delivery time, Saturday and Sunday are excluded. The Australia Post Delivery Speed and coverage table shows the approximate number of days it will take a package to reach a certain destination when shipped via standard post. This table is for reference only and is not a guarantee. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and we do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on www.riedellskates.com.au pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. To expedite the shipping process and minimize delays, customers should make sure that all supplied shipping and billing information is correct and any alternate delivery addresses are on file with their bank or Credit Card Company. Please consult the shipping table below for UPS Standard Ground expected costs and time in transit estimates.

Express Shipping Information

Express orders placed by 12:00 PM AEST, typically ship same day as long as all items are in-stock and the payment has been processed. Express orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST will be shipped the following non-holiday business day. Order placed using Express Shipping that are shipped on a Friday will generally be delivered on the following Monday. Weekends, holidays and the day of shipping do not count towards the delivery time.

Please consult the express shipping option tables below for expected costs and time in transit estimates. Please note that Next Day Shipping to residential addresses is not guaranteed and we do not issue refunds for orders sent using Next Day Shipping to a residential address if the delivery date is not met. Express shipping charges are based on the item weight.
